Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I put an item on layby?
We offer Afterpay online only 💙
In store, you can place your order online for click & collect — we’ll have your goodies ready for pickup once it’s gone through. There are no laybys available in store, so Afterpay online is the way to go! xoxo

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
1. Email us at paradiseleura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address. Returns can be sent to 167 Leura Mall, Leura NSW 2780.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your store credit or exchange.
Important Notes
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, you can return your item in person at 167 Leura Mall, Leura NSW 2780 at no additional cost.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
